Our story

A craftsman’s trade, practiced for three decades.

R&D Floors is the work of Daniel, a flooring craftsman with more than 30 years in the trade and over 20 years serving homes across the Ozarks. Every project gets the same care: honest advice, careful prep, and finish work you’ll notice every time you walk across the room.

From original floors in homes built in the 1800s to wide-plank installations in brand-new construction, we know wood: how it moves, how it ages, and how to make it last for generations.

A floor is the one thing in a house everyone touches. It ought to be done right the first time.
